As from 1st March the Baby Clinic will be held once a month. The second Tuesday in the Month commencing 12th March 9.30 to 12pm at Cockfield Surgery.

The Surgery will be closed Monday 27th May for May Bank Holiday - please ring 111 for details of the out of hours service - for life threatening medical emergencies dial 999

Care Navigation - New ways for your local GP practice to help you get to the right support. The Receptionist may ask you a few questions to help navigate you to the best person, they wont try to diagnose your problem but you may need to tell them a little bit about why you are calling

Patient Transport Service

Patient Transport

Provides free transport to and from hospital or a NHS provider for patients with a medical need for transport.

If you need to book transport you will be asked questions which relate to how you usually get out and about.
