How To Make An Appointment Patient Leaflet

Male GP

As we are an all female practice, if you wish to see a male GP, ask at reception and an appointment can be arranged.

Telephone Consultations

There will be times when you have a problem which you feel could be dealt with by speaking to a doctor or practice nurse on the telephone and we have a limited number of telephone consultations available every day.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

Transport

If you need to book a non-emergency ambulance please contact Travel Response on 0191 383 5383.
